I show this because it shows off the very basics of programming I can accomplish, along with how I'm willing to go beyond what's expected. The final for this course was meant to be a very basic program. Object showed up, you hit it, it disappeared. I turned it into a full game, adding different levels of difficulty, a quit option, and points based upon hits or misses, along with mild visuals on where you hit.

Retro Whack-a-Mole

If the program here is not working I have a few static images of it working below. It will not work in Chrome, generally, but seems to work fine in Safari and Firefox. I fully understand that applets are old and not to be used generally, and that there are better ways to do this (HTML5, javascript, other ways to embed applications) BUT...this is what was created at the time :).
