Hines Urban Planning Competition

The Hines Competition is an Urban Planning event held every year. I was invited to take part by a mixture of Urban Planning and Architecture friends of mine. I include it due to the graphic design, information visualization, and in the end, Spatial User Experience conception it required.
A Competition at the Edge of my Comfort Zone
It was interesting to step into a different competition zone that still connects with my UX interests, if in a slightly different realm. There are many fields that are not specifically UX/UI design and research that can benefit from the methodologies used.
Specific Areas of Focus
These display some of the pieces I focused on. General renders of the building concepts, Information Visualizations of spatial relationships, and other quantitative visual elements. We also created persona's of users who would be involved with the space.
